All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, accessibility, and environmental factors.

Users may create an account on our website to manage bookings and access certain features.

You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All activities occurring under your account.

4. Booking Services

By submitting a booking request, you agree that:

The vehicle will be available at the scheduled time and location.

5. Pricing and Estimates

Any additional charges will be discussed with the customer before work begins whenever reasonably possible.

We do not store or process payment card information directly.

Payment may be required:
At the time of booking;
Before service begins; or
Upon completion of service;
depending on the service selected and booking arrangement.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services or future booking restrictions.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling by contacting our team.

Rescheduling requests are subject to scheduling availability.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to:
Severe weather conditions
Equipment issues
Safety concerns
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

8. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:
Providing safe access to the vehicle.
Removing valuable personal belongings before service.
Informing us of any existing damage or concerns.
We are not responsible for:
Personal items left inside the vehicle.
Pre-existing vehicle damage.
Damage resulting from undisclosed defects, aftermarket modifications, or deteriorated materials.

9. Service Completion and Satisfaction

We strive to provide high-quality detailing services.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We may, at our discretion:
Re-inspect the vehicle;
Perform corrective work;
Offer a reasonable resolution.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
