From Side Hustle to Trusted Detailing Brand
The Beginning
Ayush launched Dapper Detailing as a side business while studying in Canada. Between classes and part-time jobs, he spent his spare time detailing vehicles and building a reputation through door-to-door services and word-of-mouth referrals.
Building the Foundation
Mohan Preet Singh Virk joined the journey, bringing expertise in technology, cybersecurity, and digital systems. Together, they launched the company’s first website, established an online presence, and officially registered the business as a sole proprietorship.
Investing in Growth
With a strong local reputation established, the company began investing in digital marketing and customer acquisition. This marked a turning point, helping Dapper Detailing reach more vehicle owners across Peterborough and surrounding areas.
Expanding Into Dealership Partnerships
Dapper Detailing secured partnerships with automotive dealerships and commercial clients, providing detailing services for brands including Subaru, GMC, Mazda, and other automotive businesses.
Expanding Into Our First Shop
After years of operating as a mobile detailing business, Dapper Detailing Pros opened its first garage location at 660 The Kingsway, Peterborough. This milestone marked the beginning of a new chapter, allowing us to serve more customers while continuing to offer the convenience of mobile detailing services.
More Than Just DetailingDapper Detailing Pros was built by two childhood friends who shared a commitment to quality, hard work, and continuous improvement. What began as a side hustle has grown into a trusted business serving both individual vehicle owners and commercial partners across the region.
