4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 You may cancel or reschedule your booking up by contacting our team via call or email.
4.3 Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Service Performance

5.1 Our team will arrive within the time window which in generally informed 2-3 hours before the inspection on site.
5.2 You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the scheduled time.

6. Scope of Services

6.1 The Services will be performed as described in the booking confirmation.
6.2 Any additional services requested at the time of service may incur extra charges and are subject to availability.
6.3 Prices may vary depending on your Vehicle condition.
6.4 Extra charges will be applicable for any kind of pet hair and will vary depending on the size and condition of the car.
6.5 Service Due Duration may vary depending on your Vehicle’s Condition.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 You must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the service.
7.2 We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during the service
7.3 You must inform us of any pre-existing damage or issues with the vehicle before the service begins.

8. Liability

8.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
8.2 Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Complaints and Disputes

9.1 Any complaints regarding the Services must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion.
9.2 We will attempt to resolve any disputes amicably and in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to mediation or arbitration.
